Lord Victor Frey's caravan passes through with grain, wool, and wood fresh from King's Landing. While the Tridentmen sort out the recipients by need, Frey gives a speech about how the war is over and there should be no conflict among Rivermen druing the rebuilding. It is well-written and well-practiced, but to ensure their gratitude, he tosses coins into the crowd.

After the main event, he seeks out word of Ser Armen Vance.

A few men lead Lord Frey to Ser Armen, who is found in the yard with a few other men. He walks over to Frey and gives him a good look before asking, "What do you want?"

"To pay my respects to Tristifer Vance's House and aid it if asked. He fought for his people and whatever the circumstances of his death, he was a hero to the Riverlands.

[Tytos]

"Where was your aid when Tristifer, and before him Pieter, asked for it?" Armen asked Victor derisively.

[Lord Gaspard Yronwood]

"That would be my father Renard you're sneering at, Ser Armem. He passed away a month ago. I am Victor Frey and I am not him."

[Tytos]

Armen studied Victor.

"At least the Riverlands is helping itself, for once. For that at least, I thank you Lord Frey." He stated, although he didn't like thanking a Frey.

"But what do you want from me?" He asked carefully.

[Lord Gaspard Yronwood]

"I want your support in the new Riverlands. I'm not asking you to stand side by side with the Mallisters, but I want you to aid me in rebuilding the Riverlands. If House Vance can come back from the brink of oblivion, then any house can."

[Tytos]

Armen takes in what Victor says, thinking it over.

"I am only a knight, I don't hold any power. How am I supposed to help?"

[Lord Gaspard Yronwood]

"Ride with me. Meet the Small Folk. The rest will come to you."

[Tytos]

"Meet the smallfolk? Well, Lord Vance always talked about how he and Pieter meant to ride around the Riverlands after they defeated Rodrick..." Armen said, looking around.

"I can't let Lord Vance and Lord Tully have died for nothing, I guess I owe it to them to at least try to rebuild the Riverlands, like they wanted. Plus, it's long past time that the Riverlands stands united under one banner, even if it is Mallister's."
