Ser Lyn Payne ordered the construction of this mansion when he decided to live in Lannisport, as it lays on a hill just next to it. It's a quite comfortable mansion made of wood and stone, as Lyn made quite a bit of money with his brothels and trade. The mansion is guarded and there aren't many servants.
