Ser Rindwynd just stepped out of the Merry Maid to see his cousin's new wife and the Lady Royce leave the market Square and two of his Golden Roses being used as porters at least she is putting those men to some use. he thought smiling to himself.

Spear enters the Market Square, with the 15 men behind him. He looks tired, they had ridden for much of the night. I'll find that stag.
"We'll try the merry maid first. May as well get a drink before we start searching."
They head into the Merry Maid, ad after getting ale, Spear asks the barkeep a few questions.
"Hey! You! You havent seen an old crone have you? Or a wild woman, who goes around carrying a blade?"

Spear and his men leave the merry maid. They had not learnt much, as although the barkeep had spotted a crone, he could not be sure as to if it was the same one, and it had been a while ago anyway. He said a wild woman had been spotted in flea bottom however, near the docks.
Spear turns to his men. "Fine. We split into 3 groups of 5. One group can search the smith street and bakers street, while another can search the sept and market square. Ill lead the last group, and we'll search flea bottom and the city outskirts. Lets go." The three groups leave, in opposite directions.

This post takes place post-4YG.
A courtly herald arrives in King's Landing, staying in the Splendid Eagle along the edge of the Market Square. He makes a pronouncement in the square, followed by similar announcements in the Merry Maid and the other inns and establishments of King's Landing:
There is to be a great tournament at Storm's End, and the knights of King's Landing and all Westeros are invited to come and test their skill at arms against the champions of the Stormlands.
