1000 from Karhold + 3500 from Winterfell + 2900 already there =
7400 men at Moat Cailin. 4500 of which will leave under King Gariss Stark.
2900 at Moat Cailin will be left under Lord Cregan Cerwyn.
500 men will be left to hold Seagard, unless a Riverlander army/lord to our cause joins them, in which case they will move back up to Moat Cailin.
25500 Uner Brandom Cerwin will meet up with Gariss' 4500, and begin marching south.
3000 at Moat Cailin will be left under Lord Cregan Cerwyn.
