William greets his cousin, "We have to prepare for the invasions from the North, South and East while securing the loyalty of Rowan and any other armies in the Mander. We should also prepare the Shields Fleet."

"Agreed, We'll keep the shield fleet at the mouth of the Mander to protect Highgarden, We have almost 30,000 men mobilized, we can hope the Dornish decide to stay out of the war but until then all we can hope for is the the king keeps the stormlanders and the westermen busy in the riverlands."

"That is doubtful but we can hope. The main reason I wished to talk Cousin was the Mander needs a Protector while Craych is unable to preform his duties. We must decide who shall it be. Myself, you or maybe Lord Rowan."

"I have be in communication with my Brother, his grace has sent him to return to the Mander, though he will come under the guard of Daruis Storm to keep him loyal to the king or so was my understanding."

William swears, "Why must the King keep has hand upon our throats. Because of Craychs foolish actions we are in bigger trouble in ever. Now the question is do we continue to support the King or perhaps not. Storm is only one man in all the Mander."

"Foolish maybe be but how would he of looked to the his lords if he let Oakheart of run free, I feel your father would of done much the same. But the matter of the Daruis could be remedied with harsh action but he is one of the kings twelve not only will he be hard to deal with Rodrick will set his sights on Highgarden for that reason alone."

"One army or three Cousin. Do we make peace with the Rebels when they sit so close to all our boarders. Or anger a King that is quite a distance from us." Williams face grows harder, "There is also the matter of Lord Kebra Hunt. My friend killed by the order of Rodrick Baratheon for a traitor. I can't follow that man anymore."

"Nor do I or Craych I suspect but it sounds like Rodrick gave him little option so we must make the best of it cousin."

William was silent for awhile then placed his head in his hands, "I agree. Once Craych arrives we must send out orders for a very large mobilization. Of not only men but our fleet as well."
