OOC: Hello nice to meet you all, looked like I joined at a pretty exciting time. I am Kyle's (Lord Varner) brother and he finally got me to play after much harranging. Don't think my character will be involved with much scheming at the grand level but you never know.

Unfortunately no, I read the wikipedia and will probably borrow the first book over Christmas. I've never been much of a reader but I like to write stories, although I think reading the books would help me figure out the tongue a little better. I used to play a game with a similar style as this that was based on Ancient Rome so it'll be interesting as time goes on. Seem like there is a good community here so it should be fun. Although I hope the Reach doesn't burn in the first few days, I would kind of like to get aquainted with my new homeland first.
