Rickon arrives

[The Smith]

Rickon the Horned Wolf is seen in several villages across the river from Ramsgate. He is traveling north, acknowledging Stark's claim that he was born in the South. He does point out that it is Stark who is now making a grab for power like all the fat southern lords. Rickon insists that the Smallfolk should judge a man by his actions, and not his words. Then he rides away. It is after he leaves that people discuss the Bandits captured, wildlings killed, and fields harvested by the hands of Rickon the Horned Wolf.
