Jon sat on his throne in the great hall of the White Harbor, wating for the hairy Ibbenese merchants to speak with them about trade with White Harbor. He shifted in his stone seat covered with pillows and told the guards to let the merchants in.
Just a few minutes later, three tall, fat men with long hairs and beards and covered with sealskins, entered the hall. They waddled closer to the throne and spoke:
"Lord Manderly of White Harbor." the man in the middle spoke in Westerosi with an Ibbenese accent "We are here to discuss your trade with our island."
"I know, master Rhackon. What I would like with you is a non taxed trade between the Port of Ibben and White Harbor. White Harbor is rich with silver and other metals and also goods from the Free Cities. You are rich with all sorts of goods, for you trade with all the north of the eastern continent."
Rhackon spoke to his men and then turned to Jon again "Of course we will agree to this, as it is good for us both. Cheaper goods means more goods."
Jon got of his throne and walked over to a table that stood in the corner of the call. He called Rhackon over to sign the trade document. Jon name was already on the paper.
Rhackon took a quill and some ink and started writing his name on the document. When he signed his name, he shook Jon's hand.
"I am glad we did this properly." Jon said and smiled "Will you eat with us, master Rhackon?"
"I would be glad to, my lord." the man said and followed Jon trough the halls of White Harbor.

When the feast was over, Jon walked to Symon's solar. He opened the door and said:
"Symon, it's me." he shut the door behind himself
"What do you need, my lord?" Symon asked
"What I need is spies in the Port of Ibben. Now, there will be a lot of traffic between our two cities and I want some men to stay there, disguised as their people. What they will do is simple, follow any news in Ibbenese politics and never get connected with me." Jon explained
"Fine, I will send some men to the island." said Symon simply
"Good. You have heard about Stark? People started calling lord Olander the Kingmaker. A nice nickname." added Jon
"I think Reed is the one that actually leads the North."
"I know he does, but that is fine with me. We are free now and house Manderly might get just a bit more power. Do your job with Ibben and I think you will be free for a few days then." said Jon
"I will do it right away, my lord." he said and got up, leaving Jon alone in the solar.

Symon walked through the streets of the White Harbor very close to the docks. He entered a small, narrow and dark alley and went to it's end, where in the stone were wooden door. He knocked thrice on the door and a small window opened, leveled with his eyes. The window closed swiftly and a tall, fat man in his fourties opened the doors.
"Ah, it be Symon." he said to someone in the back of the room. That someone turned out to be five men, gambling in a dark room. Symon walked to them
"I have jobs for you lot. All five." he said
"We're listenin'." said the smallest of the five, who was dwarf.
"You will have to board a ship for the Port of Ibben, where you will spy on merchants and local nobles." he explained shortly
"Ibben." the dwarf murmured "If I'm correct that be far up north."
"You are correct, Will." said Symon
"Well, the payment better be big." the dwarf said
"It is." Symon put a sack full of silvers on the table and Will put them in his pouch
