After King Stark regains the loyalty a great deal of the North, the following orders are issued and the standings are as follow:
17,000 men from Moat Cailin march south to Seagard, commanded by Olander Reed.
2,000 at Stoney Shore, half come as called.
4,000 at Deepwood Motte only 2000 come.
2,000 raised at Bear Island, the island falls before these men can get word.
8,000 raised at Moat Cailin. Only 2000 arrive
10,000 raised at Winterfell under the control of Gariss Stark.
