There are a whole host of people on, but we aren't speaking to each other. so if figured i'd open the board.
So is the Reach going to get owned? or do we stand a chance?

It would go against what westeros is like if he killed every single one of us. Think of the Greyjoy Rebellion of the Books he got his son taken and had to pay but thats it.

Yes but this time the punishers are going to be Piers and Rhodri. Rhodri might be lenient, but Piers will never be.

As long as Lilith lives he will be more lenient.

Hmm...the thing about the Greyjoy rebellion is that they did not take Robert Baratheon captive and then kill him (I know we didn't really kill them, but that's how every one else sees it). If you guys failed, I think that their's going to be a lot of heads on spikes, the leader's anyways. Bronn told them to spare Tallahar and Osgrey anyways.

Well anyone can get out of death by taking the Black.

I think taking the black is a common alternative to execution, but it's not a sure thing. Ex: Tywin told Tyrion that if he confessed to killing Joffrey he could take the black, but that if he didn't and was found guilty he would be executed.
Ex number two: Eddard Stark, we all know what happened there.

Eddard was meant to take the black but Joff wanted to kill them.

My advice: Make use of the friendly relations with Volantis, the superior navy, and House Greyjoy's desire to sail and reave. Keep on the offensive, and keep a strong defense. Don't forget the Volantian mercenaries, and the noble captives they took. Watch supply lines and cut supply lines when you can.

I think we have a chance, if people stand strong. We have technically lost our leader, and it's going to be difficult for an NPC Smith or whoever to command in his absence, so we will have to pick up the slack.
