Lord Pieter Tully summons 10,000 men to gather at Riverrun.

6,500 of those men come.

1,500 stay at their keeps. Sending Ravens to Tully explaining they are on the way, just something inconvenient happened to slow them.

2,000 men choose to go to Seagard instead.
