You left out the two I would have been most eager to suggest, Varner, that is, Greyjoy (Harlaw now) and Lannister. They both are in similar situations as us.

Well all we got to do is get them to support us and were good.
Plus we should capture Prince Andry as a Hostage.

I think we should take our time with this then. Right? Varner, can you try and secure what you can about possible allies?
Tallahar, you and or I could possibly visit NPC's of other lands as well.

Yea Tallahar will go talk to anyone but Randal.
But I still think taking Prince Andry is a good idea.

Perhaps if there is someone we've had ill relations with in the past, I could see them. A stepped removed it may quiet personal dislikes, and lead to sense.

If you want to talk to a person that doesn't really like Tyrell's. Got to Randal.

Yes, perhaps I shall head to Casterly Rock, and than circle up and visit the Blackwoods and Royces and Arryns as well. say.. A grand tour of the realm. Might do me some good, and we can make friends, or at least plant spies

Well Lord Harlaw is Cole's grandfather, so when Cole is done being fucked up, he can return and send Harlaw a letter.

Here is what I can tell you, from the talks and debates Callen and I have had. When Ser Anslem Flowers arrested Lord Varner it was to protect the repuation of Lord Barret, and to further increase the Reach lord's prestige. This may seem strange at first, but I finally made sense of his reasoning. By having Lord Barret judge him, it was giving him a chance to increase his prestige in the eyes of the Reach lords. About the army, Callen intends to have it based at Dragonstone, to provide a quick response should difficulty arise in the colonies, he intends to use it for their protection, and as such the army would probably remain small. At first he was thinking of using the army to discourage rebellion in Westeros, and he and I even discussed it with a couple of players in the chat (which is OOC, and should have no implications in the game). In the end I believe he decided against it. Here's what he actually said on a walk to school. "Yah, it was kinda cool, but still, fucking dumb." Also, I would like to point out that rebellion would further divide the Reach lords. On a political scale some would claim that the will was faked, and that it is just Lord Fossaway trying to grab power. And of course we all know that, that isn't the case, but still, they would claim that. A lot of them would have loyalty to Callen, he rewarded them handsomly with lands in the North. Also, Callen had married Bethany Tyrell, and annuled the marriage when she looked to be in danger. He then remarried her, and so a number of Reach lords would respect him for that. Callen also told me that he was going to help Barret out in the trial. Callen even came up with a contingency, that should Barret lose the trial by combat he would only lose his first born daughter to the faith. He even gave Barret Longclaw and his sister in marriage. I would say that Callen has helped the Reach out enormously. Anyways, there's my two cents.

Also, there is the matter of Callen naming Tallahar Warden (This was when Tall was the only Tyrell PC) and later a member of the small council.

First off no one likes Callen in the Reach. And I'm will only support a rebellion if we aren't doing it by ourselves.

What has Callen honestly done to offend the Reach. Come on, lets be realistic. Callen had the rewarded for being his principle supporters. He married the daughter of their lord, gave his sister in marriage. Gave a VS sword to ruling house. And he even rewarded you Tallahar. I also see a problem with some of the lords who signed your papers: Lord Peyton Redwyne-Good brother to the king, master of ships. What does he have to gain with rebellion? Lord Robert Hightower- Again, Callen had his family rewarded when he regained power for their service during the first war. Lord Osgrey- An old insane man, having him on your list will only hurt your cause. It's not that he isn't respected, but having an unstable person sign your sheet would only cause uneasiness. Also, he is fond of the Baratheons. Here's the link to the roseroad thread from way back in August, its kind of made clear that he was a friend to King Andric Baratheon, and that he himself is related through his grandfather: www.lordsofwesteros.proboards107.com/index.cgi?board=highgarden&action=display&thread=1186117874&page=7Actually read that entire thread, it shows a number of Reach lords returning to Callen. He is remembered fondly in the Reach for the above reasons. He is charismatic, he married Bethany, etc. Lord Florent- It's Alphonse Florent actually, not Denus. He was a young man, and another friend of Callen's.
