Large Riots against the King are started in King's Landing. Ser Mallister and Ser Allyrion lead the Gold Cloaks and put them down, Hard. Several men are arrested for inciting Riots, and hung from the walls of the Red Keep.

Mallister imposes harsh rules, and a tight curfew.
