The Palace of the Prince of Lys

The Prince of Lys' Palace is a medium sized, marble building, situated close to the Lyseni Senate meeting place in the Temple of the Goddess of Love. The Palace is elegantly built in the Valyrian fashion. The Prince's courtiers, who are in constant attendance, come from the various clans of the Lyseni nobility.

Here also the Prince receives ambassadors from other countries, meets on a regular basis with other Lyseni senators and office-holders, as well as other supplicants from within the city.

Daario Naharis, the Prince of Lys takes up residence in the palace.

Prince Daario appoints his wife's brother Viserys Velaryon, captain of the Palace Guard. Viserys immediately tightens security around the Prince.

A personally hand-picked guard of Prince Daario's twelve most trusted men, most of whom are the Prince's close kinsmen accompanies Daario in and around the Palace at all times. For important and public occasions Viserys is also in attendance.
