King Rodrick the Third declares that the position of Lord Paramount of the Crownlands is no more. This was an error made by a previous King, and shall now be rectified. In addition, Lord Barclay shall name Liegemen of good birth and honor to three of the keeps under his commmand, and the fourth castle shall be Lord Barclay's permanent and only seat. The other three castles all will answer to Barclay, but those keeps shall from now on have lords of their own.
