A rowdy immense bar, it is owned by the King. The King does not mean to acquire coin, but just a place to hang out with his friends. The doors are not open to all patrons, only nobles and attractive woman are allowed entrance into the tavern.
The Barkeep, and bouncers are all veterans of wars with the King. They are big men, and strong. The serving girls are pretty, with sharp tongues.

Rodrick shook his head, "pshhh... Hardly. I wanted her to marry a riverlander, but my wife insisted on some foreign prince. I should have fought harder, but she has a way of making me scream that gets me to go her way every time." He slaps Blackwoods back and drapes an arm over the man's shoulder.

"Women can often have that effect," Terrence agrees, sagging slightly under the King's weight. Though by no means a slight man, few were so broad as King Rodrick. "Still, if ever you were to reconsider, the Riverlands have plenty of young warriors who would treat the Princess well."
