See if the ironborn had fought in the melee on longships pulled by war ponies they would have done better But yes, here's the Small Council as it stands I think: Hand: Still Vacant Master of Laws: Lord Emmon Barclay Master of Coin: Lord Walder Frey Master of Whispers: Lord Francis Varner Master of Ships: Lord Alagon Merlyn (deceased) Grand Maester: Can't remember who this is.
