Lord Brasken Harlaw, followed by some retainers and men-at-arms, announces himself at the gates of Skyreach, wishing to meet with Lord Fowler.

Lord Harlaw and his men are allowed into the keep and taken to the Lords Solar.
They are greeted there by Maester Otar, who is looking after Skyreach in Lord Fowler's absence. The maester is a heavily built man in his 40s with several different rings in his chain and has a scattering of grey in his dark hair and freckles upon his still youthful-looking face
"Greetings milord Harlaw. I'm afraid Lord Wencel is currently in the North" he advised with a quick bob of the head
"My last missive from him advised that he had left Winterfell and was returning to the Hawk's Nest in Kings Landing. I understand he has some business to finish up there and then he will be returning here in a month or so. I am sure he would wish to offer you the hospitality of Skyreach until that time if that pleases you?" he looked expectantly at the iron islander, awaiting his response.

"My thanks, maester," Lord Brasken said gruffly, who shared his people's dislike of the chained maesters, "but we will be returning home if Lord Fowler isn't here. Ask Lord Fowler to send a letter upon his return, or inform him that he is welcome to come to Starfall himself."

Lord Wencel Fowler and family arrive home and immediately he begins to see to the disposition of his forces gathered to date and a flurry (or murder) of ravens leave the keep later that day
