Word is sent to all Northern lordly houses, inviting they, their noble warriors. and their valued households to a grand feast at the newly rebuilt Moat Cailin. The feast will be held in the honor the brave men who gave their lives fighting in Basilisk Army, as well as to hold a grand council to make announcements concerning a noble order designed by Roose Stark, and the fates of the Stoney Shore and newly reclaimed Bear Island.
