A very modest dwelling, at the base of Rhaenys' Hill in the shadow of the Dragonpit, recently purchased by House Fowler to act as it's base of operations in the capital.
The building itself is a converted inn & livery, with a high wall around it to discourage gawkers and passersby.
The inn has 3 stories, the highest of which contains the Lord's quarters and important guest rooms and a modest-sized solar which doubles as a meeting area. The middle floor contains more small guest rooms and a barracks for the guards. The ground floor has the storerooms, kitchens and servant's quarters as well as a large public space for the off duty men to relax and socialise.
The livery is large enough to home 12 horses and 2 carriages, with a small smithy and a tack storage area at the back, against the outside wall.
