Four of them stood in the yard. A crowd had gathered, as the two Dondarrian Brothers would face off against the young farmboy and the younger Lord Alyn Corbray. As the men in the yard began to place bets on the match, most of which were ration portions, for they had little gold, many mumbled words of 'Dondarrions' could be heard.
Galahad looked to his younger counterpart, and saw that the boy's eyes were fixed on the men before them. It was not long ago that he was his age. Looking at the two Dondarrian brothers, he wondered to take first. Setting his eyes on the left one, he decided he would be the first to go. Planning out a general strategy in his mind's eye, Galahad waited a moment before moving.
The sparring match was a quick blur from there, as he quickly engaged the brothers, charging them. Splitting between the two, and closely followed by Corbray, who collided fiercely with the first brother, leaving the second to Galahad.
Galahad quickly ducked, and brought his right sword up with great ferocity, using all his bodily power and landing it dead on target. Crunching against the other man's breastplate, and producing a 'crack' from the man, Galahad watched the man as he dropped to the ground. Hearing swords ring out from behind, he turned to find Lord Alyn in deep competition with the remaining brother, Ser William.
Pleased with the quick defeat of Ser Jason, Galahad rushes into the next battles, head on. Focusing himself on William, who was pressing the attack, Galahad charges. Though as he was about to reach his target, Lord Corbray suddenly counters the attack, and Galahad unwillingly throws himself into it, confusing all, and received a whack to the wrist, making him curse inwardly. Lokking back up again, he sees Lord Alyn take a violent hit, as he falls to the earth, leaving just the two.
Galahad and the man circled, before engaging again. As William took a swing for Galahad's head, Gal quickly parried the blow, catching it with his left sword, while dropping his right one down upon the Stormlander's thigh, making it jack up and caused the man to hobble backwards.
As the man winced in pain, Galahad moved in again, giving the man no peace. Walking forwards to the man who's almost on a knee, he tried to take one last attempt at Galahad, aiming at his chest, though Galahad darted back, then forwards again after the stroke, taking out the man's other leg, and sending him to the ground. As he hit the ground, William threw up a hand and yielded.
Sighing of exhaustion, Galahad stepped forwards and first helped Ser William up, before turning to the other two and helping them. Trading brief compliments where merit was deserved, Galahad turned to leave and rest, though instead ran into a man wearing pale white armor....
