The much larger Iron Born is aggressive right at the start, but Brynden is quicker, and keeps on the move, not letting the Reaver pin him down or get a lick in.

Brynden turned to duck a blow, only to slip on a patch of bloody gore, and fall to his back. The Reaver laughed as he raised his axe looking for a kill. Brynden raised his shield, as the axe came down with a sickening crunch, shattering the oak and iron shield. Brynden looked at the shield, than looked to his sword, and stabbed out, catching the bigger man in the calf.

Humble looked down in shock, than turned to his enemy, stepping forward, but Brynden was up and moving, bringing his sword down in a wicked slash across the Iron Born's torso.

Brynden's early success had him over confident and he tried to move in on the injured Humble, who was grabbing his arm and moaning. Just then, Humble lashed out, hitting Brynden across the jaw with a gauntleted fist, breaking the boy's nose and jaw.

Brynden shook his head to clear the cobwebs as Humble came on fast... too fast, running past, he took a slash from Brynden's sword across the ribs.
