The armies clash atop top the wall, but the forces of the Crown are pushed steadily back. The gate shattered to splinters and the Enemy began to pour inside.
An enormous black clad Envoy stood before Scot Royce, the boy shivering, but wielding his blade. "Scot!," called out the Knight of Spotswood, "Find another one, this one is mine. C'mon you big black bastard, See how you like Dornish steel." Ser Osney and The First Envoy go to single combat.
Meevis Humble's men took the wall near Brynden's position. He laughed as he approached, "This one seems my size, C'mon get some Greenlander." Brynden Royce may make single combat with Meevis Humble.

The Enemy throws itself against the first Barricade by the hundreds, and thousands, but the barricades hold.
"NOW!" Cries Webber grabbing a Page's banner and waving it back and forth until two companies of Gold Cloaks pour out from an adjacent building, catching the Enemy in the forward flank, and cutting deep into enemy lines.
"This is too rich for our blood!" Cries Volmark, "There's better pickings in the Riverland!" and he gives the signal for the Iron born to pull back. leaving only the hordes of the enemy to fight on.

Benfry Smith collides with the Champion of the West, and the two lock into mortal combat, as the Commander of the Kingsguard fights to buy just a few more moments of time.

The Enemy continues to attack, bringing up battering rams to smash the gate. Everything is holding well, until a stray arrow catches Aemon Webber in between his armor and his under arm. He falls to the ground, gurgling, to die.
Men panic, the gates smashes, the Enemy comes charging through. Brynden Royce and Ser Dunnock the Bloody Sparrow take up a position at the gate, rallying men to hold the position, whatever the cost. Ser Dunnock may enter single combat with the Champion of the South if he chooses.
