No problem at all. I think we need a few more informants as it is.

I don't know what it is, but it seems that ofttimes the ones who approach Lords or Kings and sincerely mean to show their loyalty to them get laughed at and spurned, while those who try half as hard and care even less about it get twice the welcome.

The King is an interesting one, but he seems to be changing over time. Perhaps to our long-term benefit. Lets get a Kingsguardsmen and secure these alliances...

It does happen alot and perhaps Willam will learn that soon enough. Of course the King is young.

Oh-- and another thing, we should start planning for the day when Breck is no longer Lord Regent of the Stormlands...namely by getting in with Rodrick as well. Either that or eliminating Rodrick, though I don't suggest that we actually commit the nasty deed.

I agree. Out for the night on a side note.

Alright dude, hopefully all our characters will make it through this battle, whether or not it's tonight.

I have increasingly realized that I cannot stand the political side of this game, so I once again reaffirm the fact that I will go only into the military aspect of it

So assuming Rodrick doesn't get himself killed, does he inherit Storm's End when he turns fifteen?

Sixteen, I believe.

And once that happens you go from Lord Regent of the Stormlands to just Lord of Blackhaven, right?

Correct. Unless I can snag "Prince of Dragonstone" or "Prince of Summerhall". Maybe we should make that a goal, and I'll make Willam Castellan of Blackhaven.

So you hired those ships from Lys to end Rhegaer's little rebellion, and you hope to be awarded Dragonstone then? That sounds like a good plan to me. Especially since everyone else is distracted by the Basilisks and Iron Born, the credit will be all ours.

The ships should arrive at Driftmark any day now. I'll probably let them plunder and whatnot.

Well, Velaryon only has 14 ships after defeating our fleet. Although I believe Redwyne is also fighting Velaryon as his fleet is at Dragonstone, so I doubt the credit will fall solely to us.
