I may be the only one who thinks this way, but I think we may be able to turn this situation into a win for us. Not only will we prove ourselves loyal, but we will disprove the Starks, Lannisters, and whoever else doubts our intentions.
Equally important is the fact that with fewer troops we'd pose a less obvious threat to the post-war scene, giving us time to work behind the scenes. I suggest that at least one other person in this house should make a second or third devoted solely to spying. My third is nearly Grandmaster Espionage but I could use some assistance in getting new intelligence.

I am just worried that they will put us at the front Van and we will take heavy losses and have no way to defend ourselves if it comes to more conflict. Plus Cedric has something much deeper planned it seems and it he is putting the king in a perfect position to be assasinated. I think he is using you as a scapegoat for his master plan.

Alright having read the remainder of the argument I don't know what game Cedric is playing. He has somethng shifty going on...if we lead in the van we'll look like heroes but we could very well all die in the assault...I am flabbergasted. Teach that Stark a lesson Breck!!

Want me to kill his wolf for you...that little bastard may do something drastic like hop in the duel and kill you haha...I wonder if stark will accept though.

I bet he will, he strikes me as being overconfident, and not particularly fond of thinking things through.

I proposed the duel knowing that the King would never accept it. Though I'm afraid we've got another piece added to this case against us...I sent Tallahar a message asking to meet him privately. Since there was a lull in the camp I was going to take the opportunity to ask to betroth Jason to his daughter, but it's clear that he has misinterpreted this message.
With so many people eager to frame us, I'm honestly considering doing what they think we're doing.

Haha. If you kill Stark would it technically take the heat off you. Also Jason I assume would know of this proposal and could defend you potentially. Ya everyone is out to get us it seems.

What do you guys think about this: if they keep piling on charges against us I'm going to think about pulling out our armies and heading back to Storm's End.

Actually, I was thinking the same thing. I really don't know if it will be our best bet but I do think an alliance with the Basilisks might be safer and more rewarding at this point.

I can see why you would want to head back to Storm's End, but I think at the moment we still might be better off fighting in the battle. If we can prove ourselves in the Van, I think Rickon will be much less likely to suspect us of anything in the future.

Yeah, but I think something is going to happen how that Tallahar misinterpreted the message. And either we're gonna have to wait a while for the marriage proposal...or we're gonna have to find someone else.

I think it would be worth waiting for that kind of an alliance, even though Tallahar kinda scares me.

Well I wrote a scenario with Breck having us lead the main charge...but that could change if he changed his mind so no big deal (there is no combat just planning). I think Willam would want to stay being the noble type. I really have no idea what to do. If we stay we lose ALOT of men. I assume stranger takes from our pool solely for the first couple rounds. Whatever they have planned that would help them, but it would increase our favor in the eyes of the king and all the other leaders. We could however sit back and watch things play out. We would still have descent troop strength and the others would all be weak assuming they even win.
If we pull our forces out we will look very bad IMO. Not only will they call us cowards, but they will say we probably were conspiring because we left. Also I would not be surprised if we were there next target following the war. With none of us their to defend ourselves the charges would just keep on coming.
If it came down to a decision up to me right now...I would say we should remain at the siege. It would just make us look horrible if we left plus...who is to say they would let us leave. The king could have you thrown into custody if you decided to leave if he wanted to, and I know Stark and probably Cedric would be all for that. If they betray us we will make them sorry even if we are as weak as I said after the battle.
If it does come to a duel between you and Stark, and you win. I think you should make the Starks lead the Van because of how great the insult was to your honor, and also for punishment for accusing you. that would make our losses look minor in comparison to theirs, and considering he is the last Stark...besides the child. We could potentially sieze Stark Lands in the future.

How should I respond to the letter I sent Tallahar which is obviously being used against us? (Though I had no sinister intentions)
