Rhaegar Velaryon (Expert: Command [improving towards Master] and Expert: Naval Combat) in command of 30 ships launches a naval attack against the fleet located at Storms End.
Rhaegar will attempt to surprise the enemy fleet and will use his seafaring knowledge (Noteworthy: Seamanship and Noteworthy: Battle Strategy) to plan and execute a surprise attack.
The Dragonstone fleet will seek to sink, cripple and/or capture as many of the enemy ships as possible.

The Ships of Dragonstone enter Shipbreaker Bay, to find the seas choppy, and unsteady. It seems something has alarmed these men of Storm's End, for they are already at sail. They do not hesitate for seeing the Targaryen Sigil above the masts of their enemy. The ships circle and clash, rams seeking wood below the water line, and men with grappling hooks above. The Baratheons are able to get the wind gauge behind them, and do some early damage.
