The Lord Hand orders every able bodied man in the Far Reach to service for the second time in as many years and to man every ship in the Arbor. The Land force is congregating near Oldtown and then Sea Force off the Arbor.

Far Reach Troops- 40,000 near Oldtown
Far Reach Ships- 145 off the Arbor

10,000 men will be raised every month until mobilization is complete.
