500 men? That's a little slim, don't you think?

For a raiding force?

I just think a force of 500 would be terribly ineffective against these foes. Even against their currently smallest garrison, 2,500, 500 ambushing would have a tought time accomplishing anything.
I'm thinking a force of around 1,500 men would be more effective and put to better use.

Roose, Edmure is going to ask you if he can force march the current troops at winterfell (5000?) down to goldentooth and help in the defence while you wait for the rest of the troops to arrive at winterfell what do you think?

Robett have arrived in Winterfell with 350 Flint men, what do you need him to do?

Dammit Irwyn, you can't panic and force us to manuever before we're prepared to march....

Roose, I'm not sure how well ambushing/raiding is going to work at this point in the invasion. The enemy is pretty much just sieging castles in mountains and whatnot.

Yes, perhaps it's not the best idea right now.
We'll just stick to the three way march.

Fuckin' Ironborn, Do we march on Goldentooth or lift the siege at Seagaurd

Priority 1 should be to shore up the northern defenses. With the ironborn entered the invasion on the side of the enemy, we're rendered very vulnerable, via not only the stony shore, but perhaps up the Fever River and from Bear Island.
I think perhaps I should stay at the Neck, Roose, but if you think I can serve better somewhere else, then I'll go.

Alright Roose, I'm a little shaky of what I'm supposed to be doing.
I am waiting at Winterfell as the last of the North's men gather, and then once Stane get there I am giving command to him? Then I am to take 500 of those men, put them in Cailin with my 3,000 crannogmen, then come south all by my self?

I'll be heading south, to join the southron forces there.
You'll stay at Winterfell, and when Gariss Stane and Umber get there, give him his orders (Reactionary force, etc etc). Then take an additional five hundred men to Moat Cailen. Then come and join the northern force in the south.
