Yeah I forgot to mention becca, lillith, but had already submitted it. I thought the same thing just after I'd submitted it, that I should've said something about it. That the kind of thing I could send to the Smith and get it modified in?

Well, I mention Stagsrest on it. The thing that makes it okay, is that it's really told from the POV of Ser Hoyle Sunderland... we don't get a lot of insight into Roland's thoughts or feelings.

Disturbing news will be coming out soon about Rhodri and Elena Plumm. Don't believe the hype. Much like Becca's "death", it's a sham to hide a more important truth. Well, it's a sham at the moment. It's not like there isn't temptation.

Anyway, Elena has been told about the dragon eggs and will be moving into the Eyrie. The sham is that we'll be pretending she's Rhod's lover since the eggs must remain a secret (and that's the only other reason she would move there).

As I said, there is a certain temptation. She is very clearly infatuated with him, and there was something about a kiss . Anyway, it's all quite complicated. She doesn't know Becca is alive, for one thing. And since you haven't come up to the Eyrie yet, you don't get to read our conversations .

Oh, and Danforth Yew is in the Eyrie as well.

Well, given that we will be announcing the affair "publicly" in order to have an excuse to move all her books (including her dragon related books) to the Eyrie, there isn't much point in doing it "secretly".

It is fun because it is an entirely new type of storyline for Rhodri, and a devilishly complicated one at that (Becca is alive, Elana doesn't know that; we have the eggs, Piers doesn't know that -- which means Piers will believe the lovers angle; etc. etc.).

Becca was never RPed beyond me doing it myself, so Rhodri never got to back and forth with someone. Smith does a good job of playing Elana and that makes it interesting.

I had thought for a time Rhodri's character arc was basically done. That's no longer true.
