No, we cross onto his fucking land. His threat is either:
1) A bluff to be called 2) A threat that will leave him with few cards.
But this is why I'm reasonably sure he will execute Lilith.

I agree. There's nothing to be gained by consideration of the hostages. We cannot control what happens to them, but we can ensure that he loses no matter what course he takes.

Um, don't go alone. You'll be torn to shreds. Everything must be coordinated. Don't be too hasty or impatient.

Okay, am surrendering to Other as a Tallahar loyal NPC. Cross your fingers folks, otherwise the leader of the healers might have to do some pretty fierce healing on herself.

When Tallahar controls a PC talking to you, remember to say that you are only surrendering on Lord Tallahar Tyrell's honor and you will be taken to Uplands. Force Tall to make that choice, not Fossoway. If he betrays you to Highgarden, remind him that you are close friends with Haley Tyrell.
Tallahar's honor and fondness for Liilth is the only thing we have going for us. Fossoway will kill you in a heartbeat I guarantee it.

If they object to Uplands, remind them you have surrended to Lord Tallahar Tyrell, none other.

Let him kill Callen, then.
Again Lil should try insisting on Uplands. Remind him it is closer and they are likely to stay there anyway en route, and Tallahar may change his mind knowing she would be secure there.

I'm afraid that Ser Crane knows that Tallahar is in Highgarden and that's where he's taking Lillith. He will hand her over to Tallahar, not Fossoway though.

FYI, in addition to Reeves being absolutely loyal, the three maids are all trained warriors like all the women in the Healer's band...remaining members of the Gorgeous 17

They'll track you down. We'll hear shortly from them that they have Lilith, don't worry about that. Her value exists only when we know they have her.

Eh, actually, don't antagonize Tallahar too much. He's emotional, and if you make him angry, he's more likely to go along with hurting Lilith. I don't think the stableboy plotline is helping anything (sorry, I'm just being honest).
