Aranya darted out with her spear, but the iron born woman was quick too, and brought the blunted blade against the side of the Royce woman's calf.

Now the Lady of Duskendale's experience came into play. After several feints, she was able to force the reaver woman to a long distance, making her concentrate on dodging the point of the spear.
Quick as a snake Aranya switched her stance, and slashed out with the wooden haft of the spear, sweeping the girl's legs out from under her. She hit the ground with an "Oof!"
