The Kraken has numerous tentacles, which all attack at beginner.

Umm, okay, those that apply... :
Grandmaster swordsmanship
Noteworthy speed
Expert unarmed combat
And she has two shadowcats who will attempt to protect her if the need arises.
Aerie will try to avoid the flailing tentacles whenever possible, but she will fight if pressed.

The Kraken:
Here's how this will work. The questers will need to defend themselves from the grasping tentacles, while Sandor tries to keep the ship afloat from the attack by the Kraken. Each Tentacle will be rolled as a beginner, while the Kraken itself will roll at Noteworthy in its attack on the ship.
Round 1:
The Greysword: 97 (Heavy Hit)
The Kraken: 141
Two enormous tentacles, as thick as redwood trees, reach up from under the sea and grasp the Greysword's hull. The oarsmen struggle to wretch the ship free but to no avail.

Jirri is hiding in the cabin, when a purplish black tentacle, covered in grasping suckers, comes reaching in the window, grabbing the cutpurse's leg. Screaming in horror, the boy' slashes as the creature with his blade, managing to severe the tip of the thing's tendril.
Daven was relieved to find that he wasn't the only one seeing foul creatures from the beyond. Dropping the rum flagon, and drawing his sword, the valeman attacked, cutting deep into the creature's barnacle covered flesh.
Sandor was at the helm of his ship, giving orders for the crew to try and work its way free of the creature's grasp, when a tentacle, driven by some malign intelligence came slithering across the floor like a giant serpent, reaching for him. In a single fluid motion, he raised his sword and hacked the limb off, watching as it curled and flopped on the deck like a grounded fish.
Aerie was hiding below deck, when a enormous black tentacle ripped through the porthole. Drawing Treason, Aerie tried to fend the thing off, as it worked to back her into a corner. Finally she stabbed it deep, and inky black ichor poured from the wound, covering the King's Justice in foul smelling ooze.

Sandor orders his oarsmen on the port side to go into reverse, and the starboard side to go full ahead, but still the ship can not seem to wrench itself free.

The Tentacle reaching inside the cabin feints at giving Jirri's head a smash, before turning to grab his torso. But the youngster is ready, plunging his blade deep inside the creature's limb.
Daven sways to the left and right, from a the rocking of the ship, and his own inebriation. But the two seem to counteract each other well, as he brings his sword down in a strike, severing a number of the creature's suckers, and leaving it flailing.
Sandor turned his attention back to commanding the ship, only to feel a cool salty breeze, as a tentacle goes flying inches from his head. Again the Shield man turns, slashing, wounding the new grasping tendril badly.
Beneath the deck, Aerie took the offensive, cutting deep into the her opponent, hacking at it again and again, valyrian steel cutting deep. until, from beneath the waves everyone hears an audible Screech, as the creature loses another limb.

Jirri looked for a place to run to, but couldn't find one, as he ducked the slashing whip like tendril. Again he slashed with his little blade, and again he drew the creature's black inky blood.
Daven was fighting the demon on deck, as waves and the bodies of sailors crashed all around him. He gave the creature a wicked riposte, and its limb came crashing to the deck with a thud.
Sandor shouted for joy when the ship was able to free itself from the Kraken's terrible grasp, and began to move, only to duck another swinging sucker-filled tentacle. Raising his sword he lopped it off at the base where it was coming over the rearcastle railing.
Aerie thought she'd had enough of tentacles, when another one burst through the port hole, bringing pouring water with it. Treason rose and fell, and the thing struggled to escape her sword's bite, but to no avail.
