Aranya was kind enough to come up with that neat program for us. Unfortunately it requires that we come up with some party ideas for the realms not run by PCs.
That's West, Iron, and Riverlands. (we decided Dorne was excluded as a favor because they would not be able to afford it.)
For the Iron Islands- I was thinking an outdoor drinking party on ships in the BlackWater Rush. Alot of free flowing ale and finger dancing available. At one point some rowdy Ironborn can pay the iron price for someone else's Pleasure barge, and dump them into the water.
For the West- Something playing on the idea of mines, mining or gold? I'm thinking a Large black Pavilion, with twisting pathways made out of black fabric and darkened private rooms. Similar to what the young folks call a "blackout" party.
The Riverlands- Tully seems like kind of a stick in the mud to me, but maybe you know him better. Maybe just a straight up dinner party?

Also, I think we should do a time freeze. This is a long list of events, But I think each one has alot of potential for good roleplaying and fun. The blizzard is still up anyway, so there's no reason for people to be moving troops or anything.

I was thinking of a Time freeze myself. But then we should add something. Like a murder, or some large piece of intrigue.
Also I think the Lannisters would just go balls to the wall Elegance. I know that will not be as fun as some other parties, but I can not see the Wester Lords actually celebrating their mines.
As for Tully. He is young, and was raised thinking he was just going to a landed knight. His home was taken from him, and his honor. So I kind of view him as this bumped up Hedge Knight. What if he throws like a Commoner's party, where all the party goers come as small folk. With Rustic music, and lots of dancing and ale. Just to shake things up for the Rich lords.

That sounds good. You are right about the Lannister Opulence. I still thought the blackout party would be a good chance for some intrigue, wife swapping and general trouble making.

My other thought, is whatever trouble we cause, let it be subtle, unless one of the PCs does a mass killing of some kind. Perhaps have some npcs approaching with efforts to make alliances, or allow room for sneaky negotiations, or something of the like. Once throats get slit, everyone goes into lock down "don't give anything away" mode, and we lose alot of good expressive posting.

I agree... I am just trying to think of something good for that.

Ranya added the Dornish back
I am thinking that, going off your cave idea, that maybe they should have their party in a faux labyrinth. With different party rooms at different locations with in a simple maze.
But that would allow secret chambers for deals and nooky.
