NPCs not associated with Flea's gang.
Ser Osney Santagar- A Dornish Knight, who should be the Lord of Spottswood, but prefers traveling the country getting into duels. Besides dueling he likes seducing highborn women. Has taken Scot Royce to Squire. He wields a sword, has a Black Warhorse named Oasis, and Dornish pony named Scorpion. Has long black hair, and frequently wears the blue and silver of his house.
Asha Sparr- An Iron Born Reaver, the youngest daughter of House Sparr. Asha is a tomboy, and tries overly hard to be a good Reaver, including occassionally pillaging, and trying to rape men. (her attractiveness makes this difficult.) She has long blonde hair in braids, with pieces of jewelry she's taken intertwined with it, wears a leather bodice, and brigantine armor, wields a short handled bearded axe.
Lord Foren Uller- the Demonic Lord of Hellholt, Uller is a Grandmaster of Skinchanging, but only changes into humans, prefering the corrupted or the weak willed, and being unable to possess the upright. He is also a master of small blades, and uses his skins as pawns when fighting. He must hide now, because he supposedly died on Ghaston Grey. He rules through his wife, who he usually wears as a puppet.
Lady Demezla Uller- Hot Dornish Slut. Demezla is into threesomes, BDSM, and generally being corrupt as possible. She is a willing vessel for her husband, and he can always wear her regardless of place or circumstance. She corrupts those who enter Hellholt, so that her Husband can take their bodies.

Lord Justin Hightower- the 8 year old Lord of the Far Reach. Justin has been raised almost exclusively by Maester Alesander, and so is for the most part a serious scholarly little boy. He some times uses words and concepts above his age level but struggles with pronunciation and some times reverses basic facts. In the past few years he's been socializing more, with the Varner and Irwyn children, who he has come to regard as friends. He has a vague notion of being devoted to the idea of the Far Reach as a center for learning, supports the Citadel and the Starry Sept, and wants to make sure that the Hightowers remain Lords Paramount.

The Burleys- So far there are three Burleys. A Grandfather (Lord or The Burley). He is a Master with a combination Flail and sickle. His son is Burley Battle Axe (real name unknown). who is an expert with the axe. And his grandson is Burley Bastard Sword, a Noteworthy fighter. The three are rarely seen apart from each other, and are either at their home in the Lonely Hills, or at Winterfell. They wear blue tartan, and have a very "Braveheart" feel.

Moax the high priest of the Temple of R'hllor in Lys. Moax is a pretty lazy priest, who mostly enjoys saunas and tormenting new priestly recruits. He has some talents in the Mysteries, can "read the flames" or manipulate fire, when necessary. Has a very Zen Master (what is the sound of one hand clapping) type feel.
