The tavern is relatively quiet, except for a few diehard drunken reavers, who look like they have not yet gone to sleep.

Darien approaches the men with a smile. "Good morning fellows! You don't happen to know what happened in here after I passed out yesterday?" He then realised that these men probably didn't even know who he was and stepped back a little.

"Your wife and your brother carried you back to some ship I think." The man said, "Either that, or your sister. If she's your sister, I pity you."

"Ah, I see." He sipped at his drink and moved a little closer. "For that matter, she is neither, how curious of you to say so however. You men have not heard of Asha Sparr?" He thought it was strange that she was well known on the mainland and yet these men wouldn't know her.

"I can't be arsed to keep track of every fucking Sparr. Although I heard some one cut down Lord Sparr few days ago. Word is the fella was hired by one of the Harlaws to kill Dagon's competition at the Lordsmoot." The man sipped his beer.

Darien pulled up a seat and sat down next to the men. "Is that what they say now... What kind of man was this former lord Sparr?" He hadn't really had much time getting to know the man before he killed him... 'Oh gods, I killed him within fifteen minutes of meeting him!' Darien thought to himself.

Darien only nodded before sipping at his ale. Thoughts were going through his head... The Fish head, the fight... Lord Sparr's blood on his sword. The way Asha had screamed when she was what was happening. "Excuse me, please." He said, rising. He downed his ale and left the tavern.
