Okay so Expert is 80 and Noteworthy is 70.
Scav - 141
Ser Gerrad - 107
The difference is 34.
So now...the damage to Ser Gerrad is 34. Average hit.
Now I subtract 10, so now I roll with Gerrad as 60.
Scav - 166
Gerrad - 140
The difference is 26. Average hit. Another ten points lost, Gerrad rolls with 50.
Scav - 119
Gerrad - 139
The difference is 20. Light hit to Scav. Now -5 to Scav's rolls.
Scav - 159
Gerrad - 75 (Ouch)
The difference is 84. Heavy hit to Gerrad and he's out.
Scav is the winner. And so am I!

Good. The only thing is that you rolled using the blunted blades damage scores, rather than the live steel damage scores, although I didn't really specify which one I meant.
Blunted Steel:
Light Wound: -5
Average Wound: -10
Heavy Wound: -25
Live Steel:
Light Wound: -10
Average Wound: -20
Heavy Wound: -35
