Okay, been spending my mandatory training time this morning going over Dorne. 
Need some admin help on this.. I've had some maester with me who's hopefully been diligently searching for reasonable bastards and nephews and cousins and the like to work towards replacing the dornish nobility. We have 5 nobles who have bent the knee, which leaves 11 unclaimed known Dornish houses/castles.
The Far Reach is deserving of great honors from this war, as are the Ironborn. Other major contributors, at least in terms of bodies, appear to have been Stormlands, Riverlands, and Mander. Need to know what the maester has turned up... Figure we have at most 8 keeps we can afford to parcel out to non-Dornish as the Dornish nobility must be at least half Dornish.
I propose that we give Felryn his 3 keeps, the Far Reach 3 (including the ruin of Sunspear), and the Riverlands, Mander, and Stormlands one each. This takes us "over" my eight limit, so I propose that some old families holdings are divided in 2 or 3 ways to make sure we end up with a Dornish majority. Depending on the findings of that maester I'd like to end up with 5 "new" Dornish lines (and admin lets try to keep the good Dornish names hehe) using old Dornish names drawn from bastards and lesser branches... So you'd end with 10 "Dornish" houses, 3 FR, 3 Iron, 1 River, 1 Storm, 1 Mander, for 19 total houses where there were 16 before.
Anyway, if no objections and with admin supplied Dornish substitutes I will issue the Hand's decisions in Dorne so we can close the issue out.
Also, according to the Smith, House Qorgle has the best claim on Martell, so they will become the new Lord Paramount, but rule from Sandstone rather than Sunspear.
