Yeah it wouldn't be allowed, except for the fact that Aranya was half raised by wildlings.
Oh, and I will add:
Impromptu Sailing Race:
A number of Lady Royce's longships will enter.

Of hearing the Sailing Race Ser Sandor hires a ship and joins in.

Lord Francis Blackwood enters the Horse race with Beginner Riding, and the Archery Contest with Novice Archery. Ser Martyn Darry enters the Horse Race with Noteworthy Riding and the Archery with Beginner Archery. Ser Martyn also enters the Joust with Novice, and the Melee with Noteworthy sword.
(Both use a Longbow, as a side note)

Ser Galwyn Fell, signs up for the Horse-riding & lance. His skills have never been formally codified I think but he was Rhodri's master of horse since he took over Storms End so I imagine he'd be expert, nudging towards master at both. Admin's final discretion as always.

It occurs to me that that is circular reasoning, and that there would be little difficulty in finding skilled NPCs for the Kingsguards if choosing them automatically guarantees that their skills are high.

That's true Felryn, good point. In the Kingsguard thread it says Fell's expert horse/lance/scout and sword

Hmm, surprisingly few are entering the joust.
Breck - I just noticed you put Brandon Buckler on your list. That's a bit awkward because he's my NPC and he's also not in Westeros yet.

Aranya, do you have a compiled list thus far? That you could copy and paste?

Aranya, I suppose Robb may enter if you give a guarantee he won't die.

Done.
And Robb, it's just lance, I think. We were talking about that in chat the other day and agreed that it is too complicated if you take lance and riding both.
