Wat Lumberjack (noteworthy staff) alone on a bridge against an unarmed Roose Stark.
Stranger, you have my orders for the attack also.

Roose looks at Wat a cold stare in his eyes, turns, and mounts the massive direwolf Blizzard, who is now the size of a small pony.

I think it was a given that Roose would not let Wat get that close to him. I'm sorry that I didn't state that they were ten-feet apart, but it would be common sense for Roose not to be in striking distance of any such weapon.

In retrospect Roose, you are very lucky I missed this thread. If you tried to ride that wolf I'm fairly certain it would have eaten you instead!

No. You aren't a warg, and you don't even have any wolf training skills.

Awww.....it would have been badass to ride Blizzard.
In that case, Roose books shit across the bridge to his waiting forces. Riders are already on their way to meet him and pick him up, and crossbowmen are firing.
