Jack's battle cry leads the rebellious men forward, and they continue to hamper Lord Stark, whose feigned withdrawal is rapidly turning into a real one. Even with Bolton's men on the flanks, Jack's fighters push forward.Two Rebels reach Stark, and spear his horse, dropping the Lord of Winterfell to the ground, but Roose lands on his feet, and cuts them down with Ice.

Jack sees the attack working, but also their numbles dwindling; he seeks out Dwayne Ironhammer for single combat, cutting down everyone in his way.

Jack continues to advance into the Stark troops, who continue to suffer heavy casualties in an effort to keep their liege lord safe. Ser Ironhammer in turn, butchers the rebel flank and single handled slays Wat the White.

Lord Bolton spies Jack's forces wheeling against the Bolton Flank, and dispatches a rider to warn Ironhammer. Ironhammer whoever, is to busy smashing Wat the Brown to death, and so his forces get hit with Jack's troops, and pushed back, However the move buys time for Stark to reorganize his lines, and once again strike the rebel force.

Stark: 176/171 Ironhammer:74/131 Bolton: 139/(out of range) V. Lordsbane: 132/135 White:0/118 Lumberjack:0/80
The battle continues to rage and Jack seeks out Ironhammer, who has killed his many friends. However hot Jack's rage however, it can not withstand the reality that Winter Is Coming, and the Stark cavalry crash hard into Lordsbane's lines, stabbing those they don't trample out right.

Jack orders an orderly withdrawal across the bridge, setting up his men behind their fortifications to wait for the attack.

You can't order an orderly withdrawl in the middle of a battle in which a load of calvary just crashed into your lines!

If your thousands of cavalrymen can cross a narrow bridge at the same time, Jack will surrender and worship you as a god.

Jack's men begin an orderly retreat, Successfully managing to keep Bolton off his flank, and keep the Stark cavalry from breaking his lines again. The Stark and Bolton troops think perhaps the rebels have broken, and attack viciously, and pay in blood for the error.

The battle begins to slow, as the Stark and Bolton troops harass the rebels with crossbow fire from across the bridge. but the rebels are giving as good as they are getting, if not better, and the first attempt to cross the river fails.

We're not going to make anymore attempts to cross for now. We'll just stay out bow range and continue firing.

Despite some inspirational leadership from their young lord, the troops of Winterfell struggle to make a headway. They finally breach the snow fort's defenses, only to be pushed back by Lordsbane and the Wats. Ironhammer, continues to smite everyone in his path, while Lord Bolton curses the man to hell for Iron hammer's letting opportunities escape.

The Stark men stop their attacking, and simply camp out in front of the little ice fort across the bridge.
Jack's men are thankful for the breather.

Roose's men will go back to chopping down trees, but with a good portion remaining to camp out.
