Lord Irwyn is both hated and feared to an almost mythical degree among the River Dornish and the remaining population of what was Sunspear. He is despised by the Mountain Dornish, but to a lesser degree, and a lesser degree still by the Sand Dornish who do remember that he issued rations and water to the small folk. Tallahar Tyrell is more frequently on the lips of the Mountain and Sand Dornish, for having fired Skyreach and Sandstone.
You learn nothing of Lord Tarly's proposed marriage negotiations, except that it has been raised as a possibility.
The Lords kneeling to the Iron Throne feel throughly defeated. Some despise the Martells for having fled in cowardice. Some are afraid of the remaining Rebel Dornish, who they fear will strike them as collaborators.
Lady Demezla Uller is both wife and first cousin to Lord Foren Uller of Hellholt. Both are reputed to be as mad as hatters. Uller's sexual proclivities are said to be... "varied."
