"I have discussed the matter briefly with by correspondence with Lord Irwyn as the general on the field and consider the following arrangements to be equitable, though I am open to other thoughts and also what to do with those Dornish lords and ladies who will belatedly bend the knee now that their armies are vanquished"

I think we also need a military governor of Dorne to keep the population in line with the new realities. I can think of no-one else suited to this than Lord Irwyn himself.
