"Tolerable, am I?" Dacey whispered as he kissed her. "How very kind of you, my lord." She kissed him back hungrily, but then slowly broke off. "I just realized," she said. "The food must be growing cold."

"But the water is as well," Erik tells her, "And it's far more trouble to heat that back up. Best that we take advantage of it while we can."

"Mmmm, true," Dacey murmured, and she rotated them in the water so that she was backed up against the tall side of the deep tub.

Erik turns with her, lifting her up a bit so that she's floating in front of him, before entering her.
"So darling," He asks between thrusts, "Is this fucking in the water everything you hoped?"

"Yes," she gasped. The heat of the bathwater made it better than anything she could have hoped for in the sea. She urged him on, and water splashed out of the tub with their exertions and movements. When they were finally done, there were scratches on Erik's back and shoulders.

Erik chuckles as he inspects what scratches he can see, knowing that he left a few marks on Dacey's neck as well. "Right," He says, still breathing heavily, "Now we can see what we've got for dinner."

Dacey was panting, and nodded wordlessly. "My throat is completely parched," she said hoarsely, kissing him and rising from the tub. She toweled him dry, and when they were in their robes, they crossed to the bedroom to eat the cold venison and honey-ginger partridge. There was a bowl of grapes, and a jug of wine with two flagons. Dacey poured wine for both of them and drank deeply and thirstily before speaking again. "Gods be damned," she sighed. "I reckon I will be sore for a day or so. That was good."
She waved a fan to make the fire burn brighter before sitting down with him.
