Kaland Stone stood behind Breck silent his hand's closed in front of him. He bowed slightly to Lord Qorgyle after hearing Breck speak.

"And also yourself Lord Regent." Qorgyle said, "What may I do for his Highness, and yourself today." Qorgyle nodded respectfully. Rodrick waved his hand, not looking, from where he was staring lustfully at a serving girl in dornish silk.

Jason stood silently by Kaland, watching Qorgyle.

"We were sent by the King to request a Dornish host be sent north as reinforcements", Breck said as he smiled politely, silently putting a hand on Rodrick's back as if to say "stop eying the wenches".

Kaland chuckled as hew saw Breck restrain the young Prince trying not to let his humor be noticeable. He quickly composed himself and remained listening to the conversation.

Rodrick slapped Breck's hand away as it came close.
"Touch me and I'll have your hand." Rodrick grumbled. Still he turned in his seat.
"Reinforcements for who Lord Dondarrion? We were led to understand that the Ironborn had capitulated, and their self proclaimed King in captivity." Qorgyle said.

Kaland after hearing Rodrick's remarked raised his head and looked at the boy who still stared with eyes full of lust at the serving girl . He thought silently to himself.
Someone should teach that little shit some manners and respect. It's to bad Breck can't smack the shit out of him like the boy needs. Maybe someday he'll overstep his bounds. Perhaps gawk at the wrong girl and Rickon will have his hand
thinking this to himself Kaland chuckled a bit more and peared again at Qorgyle

"The Riverlands are still in chaos, and there is the looming danger that the Targaryens have poised to return. When House Velaryon launched an attack on the Stormlands they displayed Targaryen banners, and it is no secret that Braavos allows their exile."

"The Targaryens really? With their army of.... ten? twenty boasting drunkards?" Qorgyle said. "King Rickon must know there are problems here in Dorne for which my men are needed. As it is there is disorder and riots."

"Lord Qorgyle, I understand your predicament, but surely it does not require all the men of Done. And where were your armies when King's Landing fell, or when King's Landing was liberated? Dorne has lended no support to the stability of the realm." He was doing his best to be diplomatic, but it was hard when he knew that these people killed his mother and sister.

"We raised 2,500 men. They were preparing to march North when the Dornish Rebels struck several keeps, including a massacre at Starfall. Since the Northerners last culled our people, we have not recovered. The small amount of forces we have barely secure our own homes. Even the pittance I desired to send North, could not be spared at this point."

"While Dorne might not have been fully recovered, you still had as many available men to fight as did the Stormlands. Because you did not join us, the Stormlands lost almost everything it had. What consolation is it now that you don't even care to reinforce your allies to the north?"

"The war would be over before We could raise, provision, and march an army. And by the time we got there, the news would come of war here in Dorne, and We'd have to march back again. Be reasonable Lord Dondarrion. Your Stormlands began the troubles with 30,000 able men. We began it with 9,000! Your lands were at peace. I have rebels in the land, and spiteful Dornish Exiles abroad. If you were sent here to badger me about things out of my control, consider your job completed. Thank you, and good day."

Kaland finally spoke up no longer able to control himself and seing the heat rise in the conversation. "If I may Lord Dondarrion. Perhaps this situation calls more for a sense of cooperation than for inward quarreling among...friends"? Kaland bows his head slightly both to Dondarrion and Qorgyle following his line hoping he did not overstep his bounds in the matter at hand and ready to shut his mouth if need be.

OOC: Does Lord Qorgyle think we don't know he had 30,000 men? The troop status says he could summon nearly 30k...and even if that isn't public info, it's not like there's only a small difference between 9k and 30k.
Breck put a hand back to Kaland to quiet him for the moment. "Lord Qorgyle, if your goal was to strengthen your status with his grace then consider your mission failed." He turned and began to leave, motioning Rodrick to do the same.
