Watson Poggs sets Ser Jonas Waxley up with a small but high ceilinged chamber in a remote corner of the Tower of the Hand. The Candleknight promptly brings in numerous crates of books, which he sets up on carefully constructed bookshelves that reach the top of the chamber, with a sliding ladder to reach the top rows. It all seems very carefully organized by subject.
The room is lit by a series of candles hanging from chains of varying lengths. Each candle is housed in a small metal vessel to eliminate the risk of fire. There is a small, locked desk and a dragonbone reading chair. The only other furnishing is a simple straw pallet and thin blanket. Ser Jonas keeps his light armor and sword in a corner of the chamber.

Piers apears an hour or so later, and asks the man "What?"

"Mi'lord Barret made a surprising suggestion to Garth Buckler, the Bronzehall Steward. He spoke of trade deals and marriages between Arryn and Tyrell. Before I relay this news to my liege, I thought I would see if you had thoughts on the matter."

"Well Lord Barret wishes to marry on of his cousins to a Horse. Every time I turn around he is offering a bride to another house. I wonder if he has a collection." Piers chuckles, "I would not commit to anything clearly not in your favor, but it could be a act of contrition."

"Your advise is always appreciated, Lord Piers. I will pass your thoughts on as well as my own. Thank you."
