So I was thinking, and I'm surprise we don't have something like this already. How I think it'll work is, anyone can post a purely hypothetical, non-canon fight that they would like rolled. Any council member or admin can roll it. And then someone gets to brag.
Anyone interested?

Jaymes is in. Can I fight Tytos? I actually want to fight everyone, lol.
Jaymes and Tytos are both GM Swordsmen I think. Jaymes uses a bastard sword.

Jaymes is in. Can I fight Tytos? I actually want to fight everyone, lol. Jaymes and Tytos are both GM Swordsmen I think. Jaymes uses a bastard sword. Jaymes Farman versus Tytos Blackwood Round OneJaymes: 165 vs. Tytos: 115 (Average Hit to Tytos, but just barely) The swords ring as they clash together. The opponents are well-matched, but Jaymes manages to drive the point of his sword under Tytos' arm. Were Tytos but a second slower, it would have been a more grievous wound. Round TwoJaymes: 191 vs. Tytos: 83 Tytos manages to keep fighting, but the wound under his arm is obviously hampering him. Finally, he runs out of steam, and Jaymes lands another hit under Tytos' leg, from which he quickly bleeds out. Winner: Jaymes Farman

I'd say Arthur Dayne vs Jaime Lannister I'll say both are legendary. Dayne gets +10 for wielding Dawn. Round OneDayne: 124 vs. Jaime: 207 (Heavy Hit to Dayne) The Kingslayer starts out strong, knocking the Sword of the Morning back. A powerful blow to Dayne's helmet leaves a sizable cleft in both it, and the side of his face. Round TwoDayne: 120 vs. Jaime: 201 (Heavy Hit to Dayne) Dayne is not looking good, and the Lannister hits him badly again. This time, his off hand is nearly severed. Round ThreeDayne: 101 vs. Jaime: 116 (Light Hit to Dayne) Surprisingly, Jaime fumbles with his sword, and what might have been a killing blow becomes a glancing one. Round FourDayne: 134 vs. Jaime: 194 (Heavy Hit to Dayne) It is miraculous that Dayne continues to fight. His sword hanging almost limp from his hand, Lannister drives a stab in between the plates covering his stomach. Round FiveDayne: 52 vs. Jaime: 202 (Dayne is killed) Finally, Jaime Lannister puts the Sword of the Morning out of his misery, landing a cut across his throat, going clean through his gorget. Jaime Lannister wins.

Marten Lannister versus Erik Coldiron, because it won`t happen now. Let`s say that old trial with Boltons went badly and Erik demanded trial by combat. Marten was GM Sword and I believe Erik is the same with axe.
