This is a big, lavish mansion. It's extravagantly decorated with luxuries from every place imaginable, has a large garden and several smaller buildings, housing slaves and servants. Its owner is Daar Seluani, a wealthy and influential merchant in Braavos.

Joron Sands enters the main gate of the mansion, seeking a meeting with Daar Seluani.

A few bravos are standing around looking bored, and they allow Sands to enter. He is greated by the fat, bearded Seluani, who quickly pours some wine and orders some food.
"Please, please my friend fill your belly, and than we can speak of matters of concern." he says, as he sits beneath the shade of the blood-orange tree, which Sands had once given him as a present many years before.

"Thank you friend." Joron says, as he sits down beside the tree. As a servant fills his glass with wine, Joron picks up some small fruits from a nearby plate. "Friend, as you might have heard Dorne is under attack. My fathers keep have not fallen yet, but its only a matter of time. But all is not lost. We can still turn the tide of this war, but for that we need help from our friends." he says, pausing for a moment to drink from his wineglass before continuing "The land itself will turn against the enemy. If we could just stop or disrupt their reinforcements and supply from coming in from coast, their bellies will go empty and their throats dry. They will be forced to retreat." Joron pauses for a moment and looks at Daar. "But for that, my friend, we need a fleet."

"Didn't you have a fleet?" Seluani asks, curiously, as he bites into an orange, "where did it go?"

"Well, I didn't have one. If I did, things would've been different." Joron says, taking a sip from the wine. "But yes, Dorne did have a fleet. Unfortunately it was lost, due to bad choices and a resourceful enemy. But now a fleet could be used to disrupt their supply lines, and that is needed more than ever." he says, as he eats a small grape and continues. "Dorne will of course not forget a friend who helps in a time of great need. Such a friend would be greatly rewarded. Trading rights and contracts would come easy and often."

"Joron you know you have my love, and I've been sending my merchant fleet to Salt Shores since you were a twinkle in your father's eye, but I'm not sure this wouldn't be throwing good money after bad. How many ships do your enemies have?"

"Too many to count or confront head on, I'm afraid. But that would not be needed. A fleet so large, can hardly stay together in any sort of formation and the supply ships would be vulnerable for a quick fleet under my command. Of course it's a risky proposal, but one that offers a potential of great reward. You didn't become this successful by avoiding risks, did you?"

"Yes." Seluani said, 'That is exactly how I became rich. But never mind. It sounds to me like merchantmen are not the ships you need my friend. What you need are sell-sails."

"Yes, and for that I, and Dorne, need your help."

"I'm not pirate Joron, I'm a merchant, how can I be of help in this endeavor?"

"If you could provide a temporary funding, for the acquiring of sell-sails, you'd greatly rewarded once Dorne is free again."

"I have to admit my friend, I do not have much hope in this endeavor. Join me and be a captain in my merchant fleet. Sail and see the world, and live. This Dornish independence is a fool's errand. But if you must, I will tell you, go to the wharf, and speak to a Pentoshi sell-sail name Devaon. Then you will get your ships."

"Thank you, friend. I am forever in your debt." he says, as he stands up. "I hope you forgive me for not staying longer, but I must go while there still is time for Dorne."

"I hope that you live long enough to repay me my friend." The merchant says with sad-eyes.
