Half-way through the Tyrell boy's speech to Aranya, Felryn had realised that the boy was his nephew, Besha's son. He had snorted to himself and spoken to Dagon, "that was your cousin who just made a fool of himself in front of everyone."
Dagon had regarded him in his usual cool manner, and simply replied, "I know, father."

"Fallen?" Graham gives a bemused smile, his eyes unfocused. "Graham Blackwood's star is on the rise, baby sister. I won the archery, y'know. Gonna win the joust too."
He sways for a moment, then examines his wine goblet as if he has never seen such a thing before. "This wine... 'sgood. Should try some, Aer. Smile a little." He sways again, then falls forward and passes out at the table, snoring softly.

Mallery sighed.
"Graham will never grow up," Aranya remarked, signaling to the serving men. Two men picked up Graham Blackwood and carried him off to a bed to sleep.
"I will go and sleep with him," Mallery said. "He'll need someone to shove a chamber pot by the bed when he wakes up to puke."

Robb sighed, disappointed all of the controversy seemed to be at an end. He looked around the hall, glancing at length towards the savage Skagosi and their almost naked women. They seemed to be beautiful. It's not fair to bring them into a hall like this, just teasing us, Robb mused, but genuinely wishing it could be otherwise. Perhaps other men are thinking the same of my Lysette this very moment, he thought, with a bit of irritation and pride.

Lysette nudged him. "You like those savages?" She raised an eyebrow. She made a face. "I cannot believe they were allowed here. Sitting with us."

Robb shrugged. "As long as they cause no problems, they will be permitted to eat and drink with us. They are the King's subjects, unruly as they may appear." He grinned at his wife before saying, "However, if they babble too loudly or arrogantly in that tongue of theirs, they will get a swift taste of Fury."

"I wouldn't get involved with them," Lysette warned. "They look a savage bunch."

Ser Grant bristled when the Blackwood knight shoved his wife from her seat. He grabbed the man by the shoulder, prepared to throw him to the ground, but the man passed out drunk before Ser Grant could do so. He immediately went to his wife, who stood a few feet back from the table looking appalled. "Are you alright, sweetling?" he asked, as serving men dragged the inert Blackwood man away from the feast. Ser Grant helped Alyana back into her seat, and then sat back down beside her. He shot an angry look at the remaining members of the Blackwood party, but returned to his meal. He now looked around the room, protectively making sure that no one else would attempt to harm his wife.

"Some people are so boorish," Lady Alyana said, looking disgusted. "Leave him be, Grant, you don't need to get angry with the likes of a Blackwood."
Mallery heard her as she walked out, and frowned, but let it go. As a Blackwood, she had grown used to such comments and had nothing to say to them. She left the room with the men carrying Graham.
"Well that is a pity that one of my tourney's champions had to leave the feast," Aranya said. "But perhaps he will be in better shape for the joust tomorrow."

"Aye, Aly, you're right as always. I wish I were facing him in the lists tomorrow though, but he tilts against one of the Kingsguard I think." Ser Grant resumed his meal, and eventually fell back into the prior mood of laughing and feasting.
ooc: Ser Graham should get a negative bonus tomorrow in his joust, since he'll probably be pretty hung-over, lol

Speaking in the old tongue to Maez Stonehead and Olf Stonesoar, he said, "I wish we could eat some hearts, stoneborn." Olf guaff startling the serving maid filling his tankard with ale. "that would be a nice meal indeed, though the girl-men's hearts would only weaken our own I'm afraid," Olf replies in the old tounge.

Aranya left the lord's seat to make rounds of the other tables and talk to all her guests. She came round to the Skagosi table soon enough, and sat with them, talking easily. She knew none of the Old Tongue, but Aranya was at ease around people who were wild and free, unbound by the rules of society. Something about Aranya's face had the same fierce, proud look as Valla or other stonewoman warriors. And there was another reason she wanted to meet them as well, a private, personal reason.
"It is rare that Skagosi come for a Westerosi tournament, especially down here in the south," she said. "I am curious, what made you come?"
Valla translated for those who didn't understand.

Mag nodded, and formed his thoughts in his head to try and explain in Aranya's tongue. "Stoneborn... follow Wolf Lord and Iron King. If we are to do this, we need to become accustomed with Wolf Lord and Iron King. If we sit on stone island for three hundred more years without being paid any attention, why should we follow Wolf Lord and Iron King? We can have Stone King and Stone Prince. We are to show we do not wish to claim independence, just our spot with the other followers of Iron King."

Valla translates as Olf speaks though she tries to make it more polite. "Lord Stark agreed to marry Mag Stane's sister, and the gir... men from Westeros needs to be reminded that they have forgotten much"

Aranya looked at the magnar with keen eyes. "Wise of you," she said. "You are welcome in my hall, and if any of these snot-nosed lordlings give you any trouble, do not hesitate to tell me. Don't go killing them yourself, though," her eyes twinkled.
Her mouth twitched at the other man's words. "Lord Stark did? That is very broad-minded of him. Few high lords would consider it, but the northmen are different. You know, my husband lived on Skagos for some time. He recalled being chased by mammoths."
