I Presume that Tristeza has left the details of her Guerilla war to Fowler, so this is what I have come up with. I will forward this information to Tristeza:

3,000 men at Sunspear- 2,000 at the walls, 1,000 blending into the population.

1,000 at Starfall, Saltshore, Lemonwood, Wyl, High Hermitage, and the Tor

4,000 at Skyreach

5,000 at Yronwood

21,000 Men- divided into 9 units of 2,000 guerrillas, operating in 200 man bands, and 1 unit led by Lord Fowler, with 3,000 Guerillas, operating in 200 man bands.

2 Units will be operating on a North-South Stretch from Starfall to Blackmont.

2 Units will operate along the Greenblood from Scourge to Sunspear.

3 Units will operate along the Princes' Pass from the border of Dorne to Sandstone.

1 Unit will operate between the Tor and the Ghost Hill

1 Unit (Fowler's) will be a roving unit, attacking wherever opportunities present themselves.

I do not know if you have played Yronwood yet. But he was one of the Lords pressuring Tristy to declare independance so remember that.

Okay. I did have him surrender when they got down to a few hundred men left, but he gave the Stormlanders a pretty bloody nose, (cost them 5,000 men) so I figure he did his part. Irwyn sent a message to the Dornish looking for turncloaks, but so far I've said they are more confirmed in their course than before. Maybe if the fight start lasting years, but not for the next few months.
