Should we slow down or freeze time for this Grand Council? They are gonna have alot to discuss, and it probably doesn't make sense to have tens of thousands of Dornish, Far Reach, and other troops moving while they wait to decide who will be regent of riverrun, or whatever.

Thoughts?
